Acupuncture

Ultra-thin, disposable needles are applied along the intricate network of meridians or channels to stimulate the body. Acupuncture restores energy, speeds recovery from injury, adjusts imbalances and prevents disease. Evening appointments are beneficial for the following conditions: asthma, insomnia, cardiac conditions, sexual dysfunction, night sweats and migraines.

Acupressure/Tui Na

Both deep tissue and superficial muscle Tui Na acupressure are applied along specified meridians. Pressure will be modified (gentle or deep) to meet each patient’s healthcare needs. Acupressure/Tui Na alleviates stress, depression, insomnia, asthma and pain, as well as fatigue syndromes.
Special programs available for the following:

  • Weight Loss: to burn fat and balance nutrition
  • Cellulite: Tui Na combined with herb oil to promote lymphatic drainage and circulation

Chinese Reflexology

A light, yet firm massage of the soles and tops of feet to stimulate nerve endings connected with specific internal organs and parts of the anatomy. Scalp Therapy

Finger pressure, ox-horn or jade combs are used to stimulate the scalp along specific acupuncture meridians. This treatment is best for the following: wrinkles, acne, age spots, freckles, stretch marks, sensitive and dry skin, cellulite, under eye puffiness, double chin, and hair loss.

Herbal Dietary Therapy

A healthy diet may reduce the probability of developing acute or chronic disease. Herbal diets using high quality, nutritious ingredients cooked with Chinese medicinal herbs are one of the most powerful therapeutic methods to help build and maintain energy and regulate imbalance, while improving general health and well-being. We specifically recommended Herbal Dietary Therapy for: weight loss, diabetes, high cholesterol, indigestion, sexual dysfunction and low energy/fatigue.

Qi Gong & Tai Qi Exercise

Mind, body and spirit exercises that build physical strength and willpower. Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic tests are performed based on the patient’s individual presentation, and are used to determine how best to correct the balance of each patient’s physical and mental condition using these healthcare exercises. Tai Qi and Qi Gong meditation, taught in evening classes, are the most popular and effective exercises for patients who suffer from the following conditions: pain (various), arthritis, soft tissue disorders, poor circulation, tension, stress, anxiety, and depression.
